In my current setup, I send program change messages to switch between presets on multiple matrix mixers, which can occasionally cause some audible clicks.
Is the "fade time" parameter ignored when switching between presets on these mixers? It would be neat if the transition was a bit smoother.

No, the fade time is not ignored.
Would it be possible to email me a patch that demonstrates the clicks that you're encountering? [email protected]
I isolated the culprit - it wasn't the matrix clicking after all, but it's good to know the fade times aren't ignored.
Speaking of clicks though, I've noticed that when chasing MIDI sync, the Stereo Delay will produce some serious glitches if the delay units are set to sync with the clock.
I recorded an example: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/5567014/sdelay%20glitch.mp3
The first 15 seconds are with the delay units in milliseconds, and the last 15 are in sync with the clock. It's not too bad if the tempo is always the same in a given project, but it's slightly annoying.
Can you explain how to use a MIDI program change message to switch between presets on a matrix mixers?
I have been unable to get the program to so this from my Midi device. I can get it to do it with a midi controller, but not a program change message.

Works with Quick-Map MIDI Control, just like everything else.

For the record, it's the Shaper that causes horrible clicks when switching between presets.
